Who you are dealing with

General information only, not veterinary advice
Everything on MeowWise, including guides, blog posts, the toxic plants and household items checker, the breed checklist and answers to messages, is general information for education. It is not veterinary, medical or other professional advice, and it does not create a veterinarian client patient relationship. Always consult a veterinarian about your own cat. In an emergency, or if your cat may have eaten or touched something toxic, call your vet or a pet poison helpline now. Do not delay or skip veterinary care because of something you read here.
Accuracy
We research our pages from reputable sources and list them, but veterinary knowledge changes and mistakes can happen. We do not promise that every page is complete, current or correct for your situation. If you spot an error, please tell us and we will review it.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Michigan, unless the law where you live requires otherwise.
